What is your favorite dish on the Thanksgiving table?

Well, actually all of it, but I'd have to say the pumpkin and pecan pies edge out everything else. I love my mom's pies!
I'd like to invite everyone to check out my two blogs covering pet health as well as many other topics. I started The dog log because of the success I had with my cocker spaniel Abby's skin allergies after changing her diet. I was able to remove her from the steroid Prednisone completely, and after 7 months on the new diet, she still has no signs of her previous allergies. These allergies were thought to be contact or inhalant allergies to something outside in the warmer months of the year, but eventually became a problem all year long. That is when I decided to look into alternatives to giving her the Prednisone, because it can be dangerous to give it to a dog more than 4 consecutive months out of the year. It was then that I became aware that it could be a food allergy instead. I advocate feeding an all natural diet as the chemicals and preservatives in commercial pet food are thought to cause many of the illnesses and diseases now affecting our pets. Because of how healthy the new diet made Abby, I decided to start feeding it to my other dog Rosie, as well as my three cats, Jackie, Gidget and Fritz. A year ago, Jackie (approximately 18 years old) was not doing well and becoming more and more feable. Now she has put a little weight back on and is showing more interest in playing and snooping around like she used to. It was after I saw the change in her that I decided to start another blog on cats, Catnip corner. I have tried to remove chemicals from my pet's environment as much as possible, and I offer alternatives to chemical flea control, clay cat litter, and allergy relief for both dogs and cats, among other topics. I hope you'll visit me to check it out.

Have you ever won anything at a carnival, arcade or midway game?
No, I can't recall ever winning anything. My husband won a stuffed cow for me when we were dating.
